Because before I take the time to drive an hour, or take off from work to meet someone locally, I want to make a judgment about the likelihood of the OP showing up and performing as promised.

Sort of like not making eye contact in a FTF, if you don't want to take a few minutes to chat about the deal, then maybe there's a reason for that.

All that said, for established traders, it's not such a big deal.

Sounds like he/she is just playing with you. You two are not on the same page and likely will never be. That crap is not worth your time, let it go and move on!!!

Just had a very interesting deal Sunday. He didn't like using the ODT PM's. He has 50'sh positive deals. 3 neutrals, in which 2 were no call, no shows, so not sure why they weren't negs. So, I make him meet near me. Well, dude shows up 20+ minutes late. Gets there, and wants to negotiate the price further for no other reason than he wants a lower price.

While he is driving back to S. Atl, he was apparently f'ing with the drum mag and intentionally pulls out the inards and sends me a pic that it is defective. The dude clearly had no clue what he was doing, that was my first thought from the moment he got out of the car that his girl was shuttling him around in. I told him that he f'd up, and that they are there to feed the rounds out of the drum, don't pull em out. He responds back that he fixed it. Then later that he doesn't like it. Well, tough ****. Stop pulling on stuff that you don't know what it is there for.

Just an odd deal all the way around. Haven't left feedback for him and not sure if I will or not. In the end, he gave me the agreed upon price, but there were some issues.
