    Has anyone ever looked in to or have experience with metal home kits (Kodiak steel homes or similar brands for example). My wife and i are looking to buy our first home and i am intrigued by the idea of buying land and building a metal home. I just didn't know the pros and cons for doing something like this.

    Make sure it is well GROUNDED. And, is painted a light color so as not to become an oven in the summer.
