Yes!! I've seen a dude getting his D**k sucked at a bus stop in ATL. Then also seen 4 dudes legit beating the hell out of a guy over not buying a bottle of water at a red light.. so, to me Atlanta is like Alice in Wonderland man.. it's a permanent fever dream
