This is true for the Gen 3 but the Gen 4 will accept both the Compact and Full size Glocks in 9, 40 and 357 sig. There is an adjustment on the muzzle shroud.

I just picked up a gen 4 from GA Gun Store today, booted right up to my Gen 3 Glock 17. What a cool conversion kit this is, like it a lot.

Mine was supposed to ship on July 9th. They emailed me and said it was not shipping due to delays. They sent follow up emails daily saying the same thing each time until I finally canceled the order on Friday, July 12.
