I think the airports will be fine, they don't depend on any one technology. Might slow things down a bit that that would be about it.

I think Uber will probably come to a crashing halt though, and I pity the fools that follow Waze directions when it's jammed.

Since it's the Navy, you would think they could do this in the middle of the Pacific, where no one would care.
