I believe it was made by Chief Squatting Bull. It is probably pretty rare. Make offer but will trade for a LNIB Glock
 
It's a Shaka Zulu ceremonial ritual dancing mock knife. Too many of the natives were getting their jimmies wacked off during the acrobatic moves they incorporate into the dance.
