Have you shot it yet?? There's not any real kick with a normal AR, but I bet that weight really eats a lot of that up. Also, does the wood get rid of that damned "doink" sound from the buffer spring? I had a magpul UBR stock a while back that was on the heavy side, but I could not hear that spring.

I haven't shot it yet. Just finished the Cerakote and got her put back together today. Might shoot her tomorrow.
