As of today I have called sarco and they didnt have any, then called ruger and they said they dont sell them individually. Any other ideas?

Buy a used mini and sell off the unneeded parts.
I'm afraid you'll be right back where you started. Buy a used one and tear it up, build up your kit on the receiver and you'll have a kit to sell.
I'd just sell the kit I have now and save the trouble. Good condition Mini 14s can be bought for $450 - $500 all day in Georgia.
