Texas is about the only place I am aware of that even considers use of deadly force excusable in defense of property. We should take a lesson from Texas.

**** the dead scumbag. That being said, you can't shoot into a fleeing car.
Another idiot who had a gun without the knowledge about when and how they could legally use it.
People just don't seem to get that once an incident is over... it's OVER! The laws around shooting a 'fleeing felon' are so restrictive that even cops go to jail over them.
