Facts are:

Gossett doesn't face federal "charges", he faces ONE federal charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The charge has nothing to do with him carrying a gun and ammunition into a theater, it would be a crime anywhere in the United States.

1st article didn't even say he was a convicted felon, it only said the gun was stolen. 2nd article said he was a convicted felon almost right away.

.25? Is that even a real gun? LOL

Bet that will bring a lot of laughs in prison...

That tells me how screwed up his mind is. For one, magazine hold seven round's, not much shooting going on. Two, what's the spray paint for? Doing a little huffing during reloading? Three, electrical tape??????

The leadership of AJC are mostly anti-gun, liberal-progressives who need to help us understand that armed civilians are a public threat and guns are bad.

One of the AJC editor's wife is/was a figurehead at Mom's Who Demand Action. Not the 1970's porno group but the 2012/13 anti-gun group that Bloomturd acquired and funds currently.

Am I the only one concerned with how this man got arrested?
The article says the handgun and the ammunition were in his backpack.

1. How did they know the gun/ammo was in there?
2. Did they find out he didn't have a license before or after he was cuffed?
3. Had he not been a felon and had a license, what would have happened then? Carted off to the pokey until a lawyer shows up?

I also find it interesting that they said they arrested him "without incident." What does that mean? That nobody died? Only one swat van was sent and not two? I'm willing to bet that everyone present would probably describe it as an "incident."

Also, I'm a big fan of the added emotional comment "If he wasn't arrested, I'd probably be dead!"
