Did you even read what I originally posted? Or are you just here to be annoying?
I have nothing against processors, and I'm not trying to take business from anyone.
I've seen so many people loose meat because they couldn't find anyone to help them with the process of their deer.
I'm here to help others out in need, not make a full time business out of it.

Instead of supporting someone who is trying to do something for themselves, and yes everything is/will be legit, regardless what you think or say.
I've done my research, talked to who I need to and made sure that I am good.
Next year with what I plan, I will have to be licensed and inspected.

I understand where you’re coming from because I looked into doing something similar but actually starting a business out of it but with owning a business already I wouldn’t have the time for it. I just wanted you to be sure you knew about some of the requirements because it would suck to get reported and/or get someone sick for not processing the meat correctly even though it ain’t difficult lol. In all honesty, I would go all in, get all the requirements and have a legit business up and going for this upcoming year. A lot more people will be interested in this service even more when they see you are legit. Just a thought.
