I'm in. I like to see when guys do different things to make a gun their own.
I love J frames and carry a humpback often. I shot 50 rounds through mine yesterday, as a matter of fact.
This is interesting to follow, and I'm looking forward to seeing the final product.

Dinner is in my tummy and its time to get to work.

Started by using the included alcohol pads to prep the adhesion area

The tape strips were a little long so I trimmed it to fit. The kit comes with 6 strips so I can always reinstall it after cerakoting.

Line it up. Peel the blue side, line it up, and stick it.

Peel the clear side and press on the base.

Used the provided allen screws and wrench to attach the actual clip. Seems to be fairly sturdy. And looks pretty good too.

Its all put together and rides fairly well for appendix carry. Maybe a little deeper than I like but I can draw it fairly easily.

It does not appear to interfere with grip while finger is indexed along the trigger guard

No interference with my finger on the trigger either.

I will be carrying it at work tonight so I will let y'all know how it goes.

Barami Hip Grip or DeSantis Clip Grip....

I have a set or two of those in "Parts Bin Mountain". I just don't particularly care for them. They ride a little low for my taste

Whats not to love?

You get the easy to conceal maneuverability of a Jframe and the longer barrel gives you a slight bump to velocity with a longer right radius for greater accuracy.

Its the perfect revolver for daily carry.

I've always thought the 3" revolvers were best compromise, but those 2" J-frames just look....

have a 2 inch 36 with rubber grips,still have the orig grips just get a better holt with the rubber
