Last time I was in Jamaica the bus driver that took us from the airport to the resort was offering to sell a bag to each passenger as we were boarding. Dirt cheap too!

I did take advantage! The resort gift shop had a wonderful collection of pipes. We walked into town one day decided to check out a Jamaican Burger King, guy was approaching tourists in line selling big lumps of hash. I did not partake.
