Mongolian Beef with Snow Pea Pods and Rice

I have several sites I frequent where we share Recipe's. I saw this the other day and had to do it for both my Bride and myself..
In the beginning..

Then the cooking started in stages, Onions, Fresh Ginger and Garlic

I had already cooked the beef with Corn Starch and
added that to the Wok, along with the Snow peas that
I had blanched earlier. Along now with Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar, and Sesame oil and cook constantly stirring
at high heat.

Plated with Rice and Some seeds.

Now to eat and clean a Damn mess in the Kitchen
I created...

Looks great DD, I’m doing some tomorrow in the slow cooker. I’m going to use grated carrots instead of snow peas but the rest is very much the same. I will post the recipe and pics tomorrow.
