Mosin t53 head spacing

so I’m looking for some help here guys. I picked up a 1955 T53 at the show a few weeks ago and went to the range and fired it but it is about impossible to eject it without hitting it with a hammer. I’m not sure if it’s over expansion or what’s happening if anyone can take a look at it or know someone that can troubleshoot or fix it that would be great but as it’s a $250 gun I’m not wanting to dump a lot of money into it. Thanks

Not headspace, most likely cause is bolt face distortion or ejector spring interfering with bolt movement, assuming it’s clean. Be glad to meet you Saturday and check all that if you like, no charge as long I don’t have to drive too far

Clean the chamber with a brush. Also take the bolt apart and clean it. A lot of them stick from old cosmoline. Use a 20 gauge brush in the chamber.
