If it was a Pistol Grip Only it doesn't matter the bbl length persuaders are eligible for the shockwave modifications only a buttstock being mounted from factory matters this im sure of

Firearms that come equipped with a pistol grip in place of a buttstock are not "shotguns" as defined by the ATF

And the approval of it not being an AOW maybe a bit clearer. It becomes an AOW when it meets those requirements I.e. Vert grip etc

I sure do. Didn't have a bbl diameter larger than .50 BUT what if they had permanently affixed a choke to accomplish that?

Gotta have the opsol mini clip to run aguilas. Although more than likely I'd weld an extension to the elevator for a more permanent solution.

I guess Taurus just gave up on the headache, with all the New exercising of rights lately with the braces, bumpstocks,PGO firearms etc I'd like to see more of these innovative , legal, firearms being made

It seems the BATF considered it a SBS and Taurus is still trying to make it legal. If they just put a longer barrel on it they could probably import it. But who wants a revolver with a 22" barrel?
