Me too, I got out almost a year agoI’m just glad we moved from Lawrenceville/Gwinnett.
I have no desire to attempt to learn Spanish at my age.

I lived between both of those roads, right off Collins Hill Rd. Glad I got out before this new housing crash, this one is going to be way worse than the Blowbama years. I lived in the Edgewater development, considered the best around 20 years ago, now you have to put up with rap music at the pool.Me as well. Hamilton Mill Rd is the new Pleasant Hill Rd.
I tried for 2 years to get a plumbing company going there and people up there absolutely will not pay for plumbing. If I heard it once, I heard it a 100 times, "I'll learn to live without it before I pay that for it."Whys that?
When did this happen? I lived and worked there about ten years ago, and I could see that happening. Nowadays there's nothing but hipsters and craft breweries there and +$ 500k houses.A guy I know just got into a shootout in the West End of Atlanta with two kids who were stripping a car on his property. Another guy I know went down a side street in the same area and there was s dude with an Ar15 who pointed for him to leave. West End not so good..
