Most new riding lawn mowers the same?

We use Z Mark, and Scag, commercial grade the only way to go, see what a lawn service would charge to cut your grass per week.

Then take what our cutting season is usually about 26 weeks x the amount you would be charged to cut your lawn, normally you come out better if you just bite the bullet and buy one, it will pay for itself in under 5 years, sometimes even less depending on the size of your yard. If you have lows and high in the yard do not buy the 60+ inch cut as they will scalp your yard in the high places.

just a consideration before buying, ask if they do on site demos, some do and some don't, asked and got to use both before we made our final decision, and then we purchased, the factories usually have incentives in the fall and early spring... The scag did not have the jerky motion that the Z Mark has, that is flaw that they have in their controls, forward, backward, or side to side motion... Get the 23+ h.p. motor on any unit you buy...

just a simple consideration to ponder very strongly before buying...
