I agree, it is irrelevant what happened previously. The bikers actions in that video directly led to what happened. It also appears (from where the video ended) the biker just kept on - did he even consider checking on the passengers of the truck? If the biker would have just let it go, they would both be on their way and not endangered innocent travelers. Now passengers in another vehicle are victim to this guy's road rage. I pray the passenger of the truck are okay.

Contributory negligence on the part of the 4 wheeler. He failed to maintain control of his vehicle.

You have to read the news article. Of course something happens before the video starts, thats how the guy knew to start recording. Apparently the car cuts the biker off. Instead of letting things be he rides up to the car and kicks it. Up until this point those are facts. What we can't say for certain is the drivers actions after that. Did the car know the biker was there and attempted to run into him and then over corrected? Well thats what some reports are saying but who knows? Where does most of the blame lie? Thats why the rider is in hot water and is
being looked for.
