Movie theater sign...no guns allowed

went to my favorite theater the other day... as I was going in, I noticed a new sign. No weapons allowed...didn't read the whole thing but also said something that even if you had a permit that you were not permitted to bring your gun in.

So what happens if someone does carry inside and gets caught. Is that a misdemeanor ? Felony? Or can they just simply ask you to leave?

Signs do not carry the weight of law in GA.

However, TN, and other states they do.

Carry concealed and carry on!

In Chicago, they HATE Berettas. Signs EVERYWHERE!

If they catch you, worst case scenario, they invite you to leave, no refunds. You won't be charged with trespass until you're an ass.

But if you're concealed, the only way they should know you're carrying is if you have to shoot a badguy.

Then they'll probably give you movie passes for life.

They will ask you to leave. If you then refuse to leave they can press criminal trespass charges.
