Avoid Bibb at all, in my opinion. Go Laurens, Twiggs, or Monroe. If you MUST live in Bibb, go near Tobesofkee/Lizella.

Welcome to the forum! I have several relatives who live in Macon. Be sure to carry everywhere you go. There are definitely nice areas and great people in Bibb county but I have experienced first hand how bad the crime is in the city.
