Moving trust out of state?

Does anyone know what in involved in order to transfer a trust from ga to texas? I have my trust done and have my name on a suppressor when they come in, but would be be easier to just buy one when i get to texas? I will probably be moving in the next few months.

Do this- silencer shop is located in Texas so you're set (They almost always have the best prices), you can order online and if you're a Texas resident they ship to your door.

How is that? Is that a Texas state law? Because I know we can't do that in GA.

You don't do a 4473 for an NFA item. It's a Form 4 usually...and everyone I have ever done I have done without the FFL being present.

You have to do a 4473 on an nfa transfer you just don't have to do a background check.
