Muscogee County WCL application costs?

About the pull the trigger on getting my CC and noticed that the Columbus Probate Court site lists the cost as $78. But the law says only $30 + $5 fingerprinting.

So... are they taking an extra slice of the pie or is this normal?

Coweta County charges 77.50 for first time applicant and 30 for renewals

Yeah, I guess that's the price of admission these days (plus CC fees!).

Oh well, in before they go up even more and hoping for a grandfather clause when they slam the door.
