Yeah I was looking at quite a few different side folders, and I have mostly pmags, couple bakelite, and some steel chinese. The koreans look good but time will tell lol

My wife says the length of pull is too long and so do my friends but I'm 6'5" and it's perfect for me

If you want a good side folder that's adjustable, a RD buffer tube adapter and an ace side folding mechanism, the you can run your favorite buffer tube stock and have it side fold and adjust. ALG AKT trigger, krebs safety, I mean you can dress em to your hearts desire.

First and foremost it's yours to enjoy and do what you like. They are great rifles. They are not ar's so don't treat them like they are meaning by adding all of the tapco, Magpul, etc. The wood looks good in the pictures to me but if you want to mod it consider adding a Romanian folding wire stock and dong grip. Regulate and Midwest industries both make solid optics mounts. Ultimaks are good as well.

The muzzles aren't hard to diy. I bought a cheap die and alignment tool on eBay or Amazon for about $20. I've done several barrels so far just use lots of cutting oil and go slow. Cnc warrior has the detent pin and spring for the front sight.

They’re a lot of fun although I wouldn’t take one over a good AR. Just a red dot and light really makes it’s a more formidable weapon. Circumcised dong FTW.

As was stated above threading the barrel is not difficult. For what you would pay to have it done you could buy the tooling and have it for future use. If you go synthetic for furniture look at the plum or black Bulgarian stuff, Romanian for a wire folder. This may hurt some feelings but the magpul stuff is junk. A Romy wire folder, or wood fixed stock and a dong lower would be ideal, kind of what it was meant to be if you want to go the purist route.

Correct. Outside the grip, I couldn't get anything magpul to fit correctly on mine. Magpul makes great stuff, just not for AKs.
