This! UTI's can make older females go crazy in the head. My Mom has had this happen several times, and a mother in law as well. Last time was almost a week in the hospital.

Yep, my Mother in Law as well a few years ago. You have to be diligent with the elderly. The medical professionals will give up on them too quick

To me it sounds like a Nueurodeffecit. Either infection, or lesion… They may have to sedate, paralyze, and ventilate her and get her to CT scan…. Where is she at?
Definitely need a Neuro workup.
