Lefty, you don't have to twist your arm/hand around with it like that. Run the back of your hand down your back to grab it. It only works with no holster or belt clip style. IWB holsters cover the inside of the gun to keep it off of the skin. You can clearly see that she has been tanning at high noon while laying flat on her stomach to enable the trigger guard tan line. Anybody can clearly see this.
