I lived in Broward County during the last few seasons of Vice. I liked driving down I95 and seeing the neon Miami skyline from the distance. But you didn't want to get off the interstate and actually drive through most of Miami. I made that mistake once . I didn't realize the exit I took was headed straight into Liberty City / Overtown. There were barricades up everywhere and trash cans in the street and busted wind everywhere. Turned out I had just missed the tail end of the riot.
It's kinda like the time back in 93 when me and my first wife decided to ride up to Atlanta for the day. We didn't know what the hell a Freaknik was until we were stuck in the middle of it.
Dang man! I bet it's been 20 years since I've seen a K car on the road!
Lol! I made the same wrong turn off I-95 while driving my old Pontiac convertible, it was still light out and I was able to U-turn and leave as a crowd began to gather. Miami's skyline was best viewed from the water, and I traveled the canal & river system extensively.

In 09 and 10 I had two of them. I had a sky blue 88 Aries coupe 5 speed ( rare special order car) and an 88 sedan in Kenmore white.
Eat a lot of this in preparation for your new ride-------------------
