Traded my buddy out of this yellow Mountain Cur and she is my new sweet heart.
I have to get some weight on her before putting her to work but she is gonna make a good squirrel and coon dog. I let her see a few tree rats and she put em up a tree fast and had to drag her away, ha ha.

She will make a great hunting dog. :thumb:

I have a BMC that has some of the Ladner line in her. She came from a line that was bred for hog hunting, but I've never hog hunted her. My wife would kill me. :becky: But she's an awesome hunting dog for squirrels, coons, etc., and she's pretty good at tracking/finding downed game. Smartest dog I've ever owned.

Lucy and I worked on a leash a few hours last night and an hour this morning. She is a pretty good tracker and tree dog already. Just needs some work before I can cut her loose.
About to hit the Vet for some wormer and see if I can get about 10 pounds of weight to cover those bones.
