Where's TACOS??? All polls are supposed to include TACOS....
The only one that rolls off the tongue is Penelope Ann...the others don't, if you're thinking about using both names - other than when you're mad at her...you know, like when she brings home some guy named Arcman Jr or something...(with all props to my buddy Arc)

But seriously, as someone else posted, Penelope Ann is the only one that 'flows'. Caroline Ann sounds like you're stuttering. Riley Ann sounds like one word.
