Another vote for the LCP-II... great little 380 and I don't think there's anything smaller and lighter out there except maybe the NAA mini-revolvers.
As for holsters, these guys (Smart Carry) have been around for years, but they still make the best deep-concealment holsters I've found. They are completely self supporting so if you wear sweats or shorts there's no problem with them dragging them down at all. I've also recommended these to a couple of folks who wear scrubs for a living for that same reason.
