What’s the best way to tell my HOA to ‘f&ck off‘ and get out of this stupid fine? I‘ve never seen this stupid half-height requirement before. My shrubs have been about that height for 6 years.

is it spelled out in the rules and regs? do you know the board and where they live? make sure they are living to standards also. any other neighbors also.

This is why I’m will NEVER be in an hoa. However, prob not much you can do other than prove the blocked window serves a medical purpose because too much sun bad….then they will tell you to put blinds up. Which can only be a certain kind..and the list goes on.
