Need advice pls shotgun shell reloading

Yep, just figured up 12Ga 7/8 oz loads just lately. Because shot is $54 for 25lbs. My cost was $6 a box, for 7/8 oz loads.
Went to Wally World and picked up the Federal 100 box with 1 1/8 oz loads for $22. So I save money and get more shot if I don't make them. It wasn't always like this....

I probably have a 1,000 hulls and just about as many wads and primers and the shot I do have I'll save for emergencies.

However I have the same machine and enjoyed it immensely.
If I was you I'd buy some stuff to get started and learn the process, then I'd stow it away for emergencies or the price of lead dropping.

If you decide instead to make shells for hunting only, you can save some money.
If you have a hard time finding some powder let me know, I may be able to help.

Keep this in mind. There's 400 ounces of shot in a 25lb bag. That's 400 one ounce loads, 457 7/8 ounce loads or 355 1 1/8 ounce loads. The 7/8 ounce loads work great for skeet and you can make 100 more shells with that same amount of expensive lead......

Good luck and contact me via PM if you need further help.
