Need camera advice

Planning on getting a camera for my wife, something she's been wanting almost as long as I've coveted getting a Sig.
I have the options boiled down to either a full body DSLR like the Canon EOS T6 (maybe the T6i if things fall into line) or a mirrorless digital like the Sony Alpha 5100 or 6000.
Things I know I want are WiFi enabled, changeable lenses, additional lens if available.
Budget is ~$500 (gotta be nice since I got a nice Sig P226 3 weeks ago!)

Take a look at the Samsung NX2000. I have one, nice little camera that takes great pictured. $400 on Amazon with a single lens.

Best deal for your wife would be a Panasonic LUMIX G85. It's phenomenal, small and take very sharp photos. It has all the latest features plus more like image stabilization. You can set it on intelligent auto or turn it to manual when she learns more about taking pix. Check out Digital preview and it gets a gold rating. It's going to be more like $600 thesesdays
