Need Commercial GC ...

Looking at purchasing a small house, which has been used as an office, and is zoned commercial. It’s in Marietta/Cobb County.

Needs a total renovation, including demo and remove some small outbuildings, really everything else from the ground up. New electrical, new HVAC, new plumbing. Siding windows doors Roofing. Permitting, and ADA bathroom and ramp.

Anybody here do that kind of stuff? Ready to move forward but need a decent contractor and some price ideas.
