Need help drilling baffles.

Hello ODT. I got my form 1 approved. I bought a solvent trap kit that needs the solvent cups drilled. I don't have a lathe or a drill press and prefer that it gets drilled CENTERED.

Does anyone recommend a machinist that will do a great drill job on titanium solvent cups? Preferably in the metro ATL area. I also don't mind driving an hour from Covington, GA.

I drilled out my form 1 baffles by using a pre formed and centered steel freeze plug as a guide. I did use a drill press however. I worked up the size to .311 dia. Put in my .75" spacers, and put bearing grease around each end then put on the caps.hope that helps.

Just do a couple of mag dumps through it with Russian bi metal rounds. It will cleanup and misalignment left over from the build.

Not trying to be “that guy” but on a form 1, aren’t you supposed to do all the work yourself since you’re listed as the manufacturer?

I could be wrong, but I thought it was illegal to get anybody else to do any of it for you?

Project was done shortly after I posted this. I learned to do a little machining myself. Suppressor shoots well. Super quiet on my takedown 10/22. Will post videos next time I get a chance to go to the range.
