Need help identifying ammo from 1888. Pics inside

Picked up these from an elderly lady who's husband was in the military. I don't know anything other than that about him unfortunately. Would like some help identifying what I have and if it's worth anything. I don't need to hold onto all of this.

I have prob 30 of the metal clips with rounds loaded.
5 blue boxes with German writing still containing the ammo inside
Prob 100+ of the larger rounds

A quick Google translation shows the box says "20 Live Cartridges Manufactured in the artillery depot for h.83 cases 7 Primers" It did not catch the stamped words, only the printed ones.

I think I have one of those smaller rounds at the house. I looked it up once, but will have to look when I get back home for the answer (if it is the same).
