Need help with 2000 for explorer post

I have updated this post in the Gearhead section twice and it does not appear in the what's new sectlion- how do I get it renewed

Adding new info to a post by editing said post won't have any effect on the What's New tab. If you reply to the thread and add a new post to it, it will appear in What's New.

That large silver tube behind the head of this bolt is keeping me from removing the bolt - I have removed tabs holding bracket attached to shock tower but tube still won't move. I am reluctant to force it. Jst wondering if there is a procedure they use to remove it that I don't see.
