Need ideas on fixing canted AK front sight

You tube varies from drunks with sledge hammers to intricate redrilling pin holes, what is the least involved way to get the sight to move to the right about 1/8".
The drum (sight post) is bottomed out to the left and still hitting 6" left at 25 meters. Suggestions welcome.
 
Can you see that it is canted? If so - you probably need to knock out the pins and redo. Perhaps a reamer and new tapered pins?

Let me be the first to say AKs suck. ;) Just kidding. Ask @Nonliberal he would know.
 
For real though it's likely the gas block or front sightbase are off. Its easy to fix, if needed. Remove the pins, knock them straight, put the pins back in. Usually that works just fine, but you might have to redrill the holes if its way off.
