Hi everyone
I am new My name is Rose,, I cant find my gun anywhere!
Its a Smith & Wesson V Short barrel its a 6 shot 38
Chorme or Nickle ? What I cant find is a model number or any dates when
It was made, etc can anyone help me I want to trade for a 22 rifle a remington,
But I dont know if I am getting the short end of the deal or is he?

Rose open it up like you were going to load or unload it.
In front of the cylinder, there should be a model number where the cylinder attaches to the frame of the gun.

Sounds like it's too old to have a model marking.
