no hot water pressure all over house after draining water heater.
I drain the heater 3 times a year just to see if I am getting sediment build up.
Did everything the same as I always have.
Hot water pressure was ok at first then gradually down to a trickle.
The pressure relief valve flows water like it should.
Any suggestions

Did you remember to close the drain valve?

Snarky questions aside - you have plenty of cold water pressure but not hot water pressure?

If you have full pressure at the TPR valve there must be a blockage in the exit pipe. Right? What else would explain such reduced pressure? Full pressure in the tank but low pressure in pipes?
