Need somthing milled / machinist

Way way across town near Snellville, no cost, (purely amateur !), a few minutes, or several weeks, not having really seen it

If you want to give it a try, get something like masking tape and put some where material needs to be removed. Pics of that will make it easier to work out how 'doable' it is.

Well I guess if I can't find anyone local I will get back to you . Thanks .maybe a local machine shop will try it

Thinking about it, if you just need to take a bit of the clamping surface just get a file and use a medium grade emery paper wrapped round it. Use a marker to see the high and low spots and take it steady. Should be simple.

A double cut course file will make quick work of that if you want to keep it square. If you want to match the rounded contour that can be done with a little more work and a flat and round file.
I would trim a piece of plastic to the correct fit and then scribe the pattern on the mount.

A file or dremel would probably work an inexperienced machinist can be costly!
