In this day and age with everything else automated, you should look at the final step in this process and automate it like everything else. If someone pays to be a supporter, the funds are automatically taken from them. The notification that your payment has been received is automated. The email thanking you for becoming a supporter is automated but then you have to wait on one single person who is the only one who can actually approve your supporter status. How long does that actually need to take? Less than a second if it’s automated. Yet here I am still waiting.
