Negative Feedback - Mods Please Review

I gave another user a negative feedback after he backed out of a deal that we had made to sell to someone else. A day/time/place was set through the PM system. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me on this forum but it is the first time I’ve done something about it. This user then out of spite left me a negative feedback, I believe that to be unjust and his negative should be removed. Could the Mods please review this PM transaction history? Thank you.

He texted me. Since I gave him my number. He sent me a message to my phone saying he is canceling the meet. The date/time/place was made through PM’s

This why I try confirm only through PMs

even if we text on phone I have them come back in PMs and confirm it too

this not only protects me but then also
So if they are being honest they shouldn’t have a problem doing that
