A mutually agreed reschedule is obviously fine, and you'd certainly hope that folks would work with each other to the extent possible when things do happen. My only point was that in the event of out outright cancellation, a neg is justified regardless of when the cancellation was sent.
Question: You meet and the buyer changes his mind for whatever reason. Is the seller justified giving neg? If the merchandise is not as represented in the ad is the buyer justified giving a neg?
