A mutually agreed reschedule is obviously fine, and you'd certainly hope that folks would work with each other to the extent possible when things do happen. My only point was that in the event of out outright cancellation, a neg is justified regardless of when the cancellation was sent.

No feedback justified in that case. There is no obligation to complete the transaction. Just to attend the meet.

If the item is misrepresented or damaged AND it’s discovered after the transaction takes place then negative feedback is justified.
