New 80% Lower Rules

I've added a new line yo the rules regarding 80% lowers, here it is:

80% Lowers - These can only be sold as incomplete/unbuilt lowers. Completed 80% lowers are not allowed in the classifieds.

Wouldn't a completed 80% lower be a 100% lower?

basically if a person built a 80% lower they can't sell it here on the classified.

Is this in lieu of the new interest in ghost guns? Pretty sure you can sell completed 80% lowers just not up to a certain amount in which case one would need an FFL. Kind of the BATFEs job to investigate the amount of firearms an individual is creating and then selling for profit.

Yeah I haven't dealt with any but just from what I've read it's supposed to be YOU the original purchaser and finisher of the 80% lower can keep it forever and ever. But you can't sell it unless you can somehow get it serial numbered.
