I purchased an M70 UF a few months ago and mine shoots low and right also lol. What does the centering mark on the front of the sight post look like? Been meaning to buy a sight tool at some point and dial it in.

I'm not sure I understand the question. I can take a quick video of the sight tool and its proper use if you want.
Update :
I was able to get to the range and test some new JHP ammo I got with home defense in mind. Nasty stuff on milk jugs full of water. Wish I had the resources to conduct more scientific tests. More importantly, I was able to dial in the sights. Battle zero is set to 75 yards, and I was able to shoot a group I think was more than decent for an AK in the restricted rifle division of the March ODT match at 100 yards from the sitting position. I won't win with it, but all hits are visible on a standard piece of printer paper.
The UTG sight tool I ordered is a simple C-clamp style, and works great! I admit that I am no AK expert, and I will say that the sight tower does not look canted, but I have to think it must be, because my sight post had to be drifted all the way to the right to get the rifle shooting to my POA. It looks pretty stupid, but it works.
Here are my new groups as promised :
50 Yards, offhand, sling supported :

No, I am not cheap.
I prefer 'thrifty' or 'resourceful'.
Side note, I am up over 500 rounds now. No problems of any kind, except that after a couple 30-round mags, this thing gets freaking HOT. The only way to continue use without gloves is to mag-weld and disregard the handguards entirely.
I am thinking that the video review just won't work. I don't have a good enough camera to make it right, and I don't want to waste anyone's time with BS.
