New Barra Optics

Purchased a new scope from Barra optics. Www.barraoptics.com
These are some of the latest China scopes to hit the market. They have a Diamond warranty which puts it in the league with Bushnell. I purchased the H30 4-12x40. With 30 mm tube.this comes with their H1R reticle. Planning on mounting on a CMG upper in .308. Will take you through this experience with Barra Optics. First impression out of the box is a very built and clear glass optic. It comes with a 2032 battery in order to light up the reticle in red in various brightness.

Well have holidays and weather interruptions I finished mounting this Barra Scope. I used Leupold Scope rings but not sure if I will stay with them. Their height doesn’t allow for the eyepiece to clear the back up iron site. I may get a riser or possibly a different set of rings. Still impressed with the features of this scope. Can’t wait to give it a try.
