Barrel dimpling. Not really necessary since the gas block is pinned, but I did it anyway.
The rail and BCG will be here tomorrow, but I won't be able to finish up until Sunday night. More later...

Got her finished up tonight.
SLR barrel nut installed with crows foot wrench @ 40 ft/lbs
Noveske pinned gas block. Noveske has switched to a straight pin & it was a cast iron bitch to install. After about an hour of careful work, it was finally seated. It may as well be considered a permanent fixture. Set screw installed with red loctite.
Rail installed. I used a PRI alignment jig to ensure good alignment with upper. (jig not shown).
AAC blackout mount installed to 25 ft/lbs.
Completed upper.
Range report on Monday.

great build, as usual
Gas block was installed from the factory, but not the pin. You have to remove block in order to get the barrel nut on, then slip it back on before installing the pin.
