He needs to program that thing to finish 80% AR lowers and then rent it out to me for an hour or so. That would definitely beat using a jig and drill press.

Should not be a problem depending on the lettering. But only Ray could answer that for sure.
Yes he has issues with locking them down and is in the process of making a jig to secure them. He has a couple of mine to use as donors to help make a jig.
