If has to be approved by the ODT higher beings. Master Baiter and Master of Baiting haven't been approved for me. No explanation of why/why not.

I tried "W.A.S.P." - nothing. No notice of disapproval...I went back to the Details page and the line was just blank again. So i guess thats 'NO' ......?

Yeah, those won't work. The system is supposed to tell you but it's still got a couple bugs in it.
